4. User Content & Local Processing

iLoveToolHub operates on a local-processing model. You retain full ownership and legal responsibility for the images and documents you process through our tools. Because we do not store your data:

• You warrant that you have the legal right to process any files you input into our tools.
• You agree that iLoveToolHub has no knowledge of, and therefore no responsibility for, the content you manipulate locally in your browser.
• You indemnify iLoveToolHub against any claims arising from your use of the Service to process copyrighted, restricted, or otherwise sensitive materials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

We do not warrant that the results of the tools will meet your specific quality requirements for professional printing or legal filings without manual verification.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iLoveToolHub and its licensees and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
